Samantha Trussell is a solo attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families plan for the future and navigate life’s most difficult transitions. Her practice focuses on estate planning and post-death administration, providing clear, practical guidance during what can often be overwhelming situations.
Raised in Louisiana, Samantha earned her BA and MA in English from Northwestern State University of Louisiana before going on to earn her law degree from Antonin Scalia Law School in Arlington, Virginia, in 2018.
She is licensed in both Virginia and Arkansas and began her career in Virginia, where she worked in estate planning and fiduciary litigation. This experience gives her a well-rounded perspective, understanding not only how to build effective estate plans, but also how disputes can arise and be avoided. After relocating to Arkansas in 2022, she continued her work in estate planning and estate administration.
Samantha was drawn to this area of law because of its fundamentally selfless nature, clients are planning not for themselves, but for the people they care about most. She approaches her work with an emphasis on clarity, thoughtful planning, and helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
